FILIPINO FRIED RICE

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 small cabbage (shredded)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 carrots (slivered)
- Leftover pork or beef roast (diced in bite size chinks)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen green peas (thawed)

- In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, leaving 1 to 2 teaspoon of bacon grease.
- Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired texture.
- Add meat and crumbled bacon. Mix well.
- Add steamed rice. Thoroughly mix, add soy sauce and peas and mix.
