'BRANDADE'
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 15g/½oz chervil
- 100g/3½oz potato
- peeled
- chopped and boiled until soft
- 50g/1¾oz haddock
- poached and flaked
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- to taste
- chervil leaf
- to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients
- except the chervil leaf
- into a food processor and blend to a purée.
- To serve
- place into a small bowl and garnish with the chervil leaf.
