Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15g/½oz chervil
  • 100g/3½oz potato
  • peeled
  • chopped and boiled until soft
  • 50g/1¾oz haddock
  • poached and flaked
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste
  • chervil leaf
  • to garnish
Directions
  • Place all of the ingredients
  • except the chervil leaf
  • into a food processor and blend to a purée.
  • To serve
  • place into a small bowl and garnish with the chervil leaf.
