Ingredients
  • 25g/1oz fresh mint
  • chopped
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Directions
  • Mix all the ingredients together and stand for 20 minutes to allow the mint flavour to develop. The classic mint sauce to serve with roast lamb.
