Ingredients
  • 100g/3½oz goats' cheese
  • with rind
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • mixed herb salad (coriander
  • basil
  • flatleaf parsley)
  • olive oil
  • to dress salad
Directions
  • Heat a griddle pan and drizzle with the oil.
  • Grind fresh black pepper generously all over the goats' cheese and place onto the griddle for 3-4 minutes
  • turning once.
  • Place on the herb salad and dress with olive oil.
