PEPPERED, GRIDDLED GOATS' CHEESE
Ingredients
- 100g/3½oz goats' cheese
- with rind
- 1 tsp olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- mixed herb salad (coriander
- basil
- flatleaf parsley)
- olive oil
- to dress salad
Directions
- Heat a griddle pan and drizzle with the oil.
- Grind fresh black pepper generously all over the goats' cheese and place onto the griddle for 3-4 minutes
- turning once.
- Place on the herb salad and dress with olive oil.
