  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt, unflavored
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, or more

  • Liquify bananas in a blender or food processor and add the yogurt and egg whites. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the liquid. Mix just until moistened. Spoon into sprayed or non-stick muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 25 minutes.
