APRICOT GRANOLA BARS

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nature valley granola
  • ½ cup cut up dried apricots
  • ¼ cup flaked coconut

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a square pan (9x9x2 inch). Mix 1 cup flour, margarine and powdered sugar until flour is moistened. Press in pan. Bake 10 minutes. Beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients. Spread over baked layer. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
