BACON, CHEDDAR and CHIVE MUFFINS

Ingredients
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (minced)
- ¾ cup cheese (grated)
- 6 slice bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Directions
- Directions
- Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add egg, milk, oil and mix until almost combined.
- Stir in bacon, cheese and chives until all ingredients are just wet.
- Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and fill ¾ full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
