ASIAN NOODLE SALAD with CHILES and PEANUTS

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 8 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 3 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped)
- 1 ½ cup dry roasted peanuts (lightly salted, chopped coarsely)

- Cook noodles or spaghetti until just tender. Rinse with cold water until cool.
- Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Combine sesame oil, sesame oil, vinegar and salt in small bowl.
- Stir to dissolve sugar. Add to noodles.
- Add chopped cilantro, chiles and onions.
- Mix well. Sprinkle peanuts over individual salads
