APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients
- 1 can or 5 ½ oz evaporated milk
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1/3 c milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pastry shell
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

- Thoroughly combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Blend in eggs, evaporated milk.
- Turn into unbaked pastry shell.
- Bake in 400’ oven for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted just off-center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve with cool whip or ice cream.
