Ingredients
  • 1 can or 5 ½ oz evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 c milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pastry shell
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Thoroughly combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  • Blend in eggs, evaporated milk.
  • Turn into unbaked pastry shell.
  • Bake in 400’ oven for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted just off-center comes out clean.
  • Cool and serve with cool whip or ice cream.
