Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • For frosting -
  • 12oz cool whip
  • 1 small vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 large crushed pineapple

  • Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
  • For frosting (topping): Mix all ingredients together. Blend together and frost well-cooled cake.
