AMISH CAKE
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- For frosting -
- 12oz cool whip
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 large crushed pineapple

- Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
- For frosting (topping): Mix all ingredients together. Blend together and frost well-cooled cake.
