7 GRAIN OATMEAL CAKE
Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Mix till smooth -
- 2 cups AM unbleached white flour
- 3/8 cups AM soy flour
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup soy milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 3 egg whites
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon non-alum baking powder
- Mix the above 2 mixtures together and add; -
- 1 cup cooked AM 7 grain cereal
- 5 cups AM rolled oats
- ½ cup raisins (optional)
- ½ cup chopped nuts

- Mix well and fill oiled cake pan ¾ full. Bake 350F until light golden brown. May be served with apple butter, honey etc.
