    • lightly grease shallow 10-inch heat resistant non-metallic baking dish. Empty seasoned mix into the plastic shaker bag.
    • Moisten fillets with water. Shake off excess water. Shake 1 or 2 fillets at a time in the bag until evenly coated.
    • Arrange in greased baking dish. Heat, uncovered in microwave oven 7 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
    • Note: If frozen fillets are used, partially defrost in microwave oven and do not moisten with water.
