Ingredients
  • ½ cup onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup celery (chopped)
  • ½ cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pickle juice

  • Combine potatoes and water in a 2 quart glass casserole; cover. Microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add potatoes. Chill.
