MICROWAVE POTATO SALAD

Ingredients
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- ½ cup celery (chopped)
- ½ cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pickle juice

- Combine potatoes and water in a 2 quart glass casserole; cover. Microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain.
- In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add potatoes. Chill.
