Ingredients
  • 6 apples
  • thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sugar to taste
  • 120ml/4fl oz double cream
  • 3 egg whites
Directions
  • Place the apples
  • cinnamon and a pinch of sugar into a pan and cook until the apples soften
  • then pass through a sieve and allow to cool.
  • Whip the cream into soft peaks and whisk the egg whites along with a little sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in the cream and egg whites to the apple mixture and serve in a bowl.
