BAKED FIGS WITH STILTON

Ingredients
  • 2 figs
  • cut open
  • 55g/2oz Stilton cheese
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • mixed salad leaves
  • to serve
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • Stuff each fig with a wedge of Stilton and press halves back together.
  • Place on a baking tray and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Place into the oven for eight to ten minutes
  • until hot and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with a mixed salad.
