BANDERA
Ingredients
- 700ml/ 1 pint 5fl oz tomato juice
- 200ml/7fl oz orange juice
- 75ml/3fl oz fresh lime juice
- 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 level teaspoons of cayenne pepper
- 50ml/2fl oz sangrita
- 50ml/2fl oz blanco Tequila
- 50ml/2fl oz lime juice
Directions
- For the sangrita
- pour all of the sangrita ingredients into a jug and mix well.
- To serve
- pour each of the three drinks into a shot glass
- then line up the three glasses.
- Sip from each glass in turn - first the lime
- then the tequila
- and finally the sangrita.
