BOILED DUCK EGG AND SOLDIERS
Ingredients
- 3 free-range duck eggs
- 3 slices white bread
- toasted
- butter
- to serve
Directions
- Carefully place the duck eggs into a pan of boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and place in an egg cup.
- Butter the toast and cut into soldiers to serve with the eggs.
