BUTTERED MINT SUGAR SNAP PEAS
Ingredients
- 75g/3oz sugar snap peas
- 25g/1oz unsalted butter
- 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Boil the sugar snap peas in boiling salted water for three minutes.
- Drain and mix in the butter
- mint
- salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in a bowl.
