Ingredients
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1 tomato
  • 50g/2oz cured ham
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large pickled gherkin
Directions
  • Take the rye bread and place it on a plate.
  • Slice tomato
  • place it on the rye bread.
  • Take the ham and place it on top of the tomato.
  • Pre-heat pan with the oil - make sure pan is not too hot
  • break eggs into frying pan and fry until cooked.
  • Remove eggs
  • place on top of ham and serve with the gherkin.
