Ingredients
  • 150g/5½oz caster sugar
  • 150g/5½oz coconut biscuits
  • crushed
  • ½ lemon
  • juice only
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
  • Place the caster sugar into a frying pan and melt over a medium heat until beginning to turn golden-brown.
  • Add the crushed biscuits and mix well. Stir in the lemon juice.
  • Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil
  • then pour the mixture onto the baking sheet. Leave to cool
  • then chop into pieces.
