Ingredients
  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp double cream
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  • In a bowl mix together the eggs
  • milk and cream
  • then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan
  • and pour in the egg mixture. After one minute
  • fold the omelette over from one side into the middle. Then fold the top edge over to the bottom.
  • To serve
  • immediately place the omelette onto a plate.
