OMELETTE
Ingredients
- 3 free-range eggs
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp double cream
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- In a bowl mix together the eggs
- milk and cream
- then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan
- and pour in the egg mixture. After one minute
- fold the omelette over from one side into the middle. Then fold the top edge over to the bottom.
- To serve
- immediately place the omelette onto a plate.
