GNOCCHI WITH PESTO
Ingredients
- ½ packet gnocchi
- cooked
- handful of rocket
- finely chopped
- 1 lemon
- zest and juice only
- 5-6 tbsp olive oil
- 55g/2oz parmesan
- finely grated
Directions
- Stir together all the pesto ingredients.
- Add the gnocchi and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle over more parmesan and serve.
