IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients
- 2 good glugs of Irish whiskey
- 2 tsp brown raw cane sugar
- enough hot strong coffee to fill the glasses
- 2 heaped tbsp whipped cream
Directions
- Warm two coffee glasses and add a glug of whiskey to each.
- Stir in a teaspoon of sugar into each glass. Top up with coffee and stir well.
- Float the whipped cream on top and serve.
