Ingredients
  • 2 good glugs of Irish whiskey
  • 2 tsp brown raw cane sugar
  • enough hot strong coffee to fill the glasses
  • 2 heaped tbsp whipped cream
Directions
  • Warm two coffee glasses and add a glug of whiskey to each.
  • Stir in a teaspoon of sugar into each glass. Top up with coffee and stir well.
  • Float the whipped cream on top and serve.
