NO-CHURN IRISH CREAM ICE CREAM
Ingredients
- 300ml/10fl oz whipping cream
- 125g/4½oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
- pinch ground cinnamon
Directions
- Pour the cream into a large bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold in the condensed milk
- Irish cream liqueur and cinnamon.
- Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for 4–6 hours
- or until solidified.
