NO-CHURN IRISH CREAM ICE CREAM

Ingredients
  • 300ml/10fl oz whipping cream
  • 125g/4½oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
  • pinch ground cinnamon
Directions
  • Pour the cream into a large bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  • Carefully fold in the condensed milk
  • Irish cream liqueur and cinnamon.
  • Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for 4–6 hours
  • or until solidified.
