LEMON AND ORANGE CHINESE-STYLE BEEF
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- knob fresh ginger
- peeled and sliced
- 170g/6oz beef
- thinly sliced
- 3 lemon leaves
- shredded (or subsitute lime leaves)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon
- zest only
- honey
- to drizzle
Directions
- Heat the oil in a small wok over a high heat
- until smoking
- and add the ginger and beef. Stir fry for two minutes
- to brown.
- Turn the heat down slightly
- add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further two minutes before transferring to a bowl and serving.
