MAPLE, LIME AND MANGO SYLLABUB
Ingredients
- 125ml/4fl oz double cream
- softly whipped
- 3 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
- ½ lime
- juice only
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- plus extra to serve
- ½ mango
- peeled and chopped
- lime wedges
- to garnish
Directions
- In a bowl
- mix the whipped cream
- yoghurt
- lime juice and maple syrup together.
- To serve
- spoon the mixture into a dessert glass. Top with the chopped mango
- drizzle with extra maple syrup and garnish with lime wedges.
