Ingredients
  • 125ml/4fl oz double cream
  • softly whipped
  • 3 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
  • ½ lime
  • juice only
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • plus extra to serve
  • ½ mango
  • peeled and chopped
  • lime wedges
  • to garnish
Directions
  • In a bowl
  • mix the whipped cream
  • yoghurt
  • lime juice and maple syrup together.
  • To serve
  • spoon the mixture into a dessert glass. Top with the chopped mango
  • drizzle with extra maple syrup and garnish with lime wedges.
