PEACH AND TOMATO CHUTNEY
PEACH AND TOMATO CHUTNEY

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ peach
  • peeled and chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • deseeded and chopped
  • 1 shallot
  • finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
Directions
  • In a small saucepan heat the butter.
  • Add the peach and tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they start to soften. Add the white wine vinegar
  • white wine and honey and cook rapidly for a further five minutes.
  • The chutney is ready
  • once the fruits have broken down slightly and the liquid has been reduced.
