SAUTéED GARLIC POTATOES
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 potato
- peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 garlic cloves
- chopped
- 2 sprigs thyme
- leaves only
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan
- add the potato cubes and sauté for five minutes.
- Add the garlic and thyme
- season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sauté until golden-brown and tender.
- To serve
- place the sautéed garlic potatoes into a serving dish.
