SAUTéED GARLIC POTATOES

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 potato
  • peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • chopped
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • leaves only
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan
  • add the potato cubes and sauté for five minutes.
  • Add the garlic and thyme
  • season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sauté until golden-brown and tender.
  • To serve
  • place the sautéed garlic potatoes into a serving dish.
