SAVOURY HOTPOT
Ingredients
- 1 Â spring onion
- sliced
- 30g/1oz cooked cannellini beans
- 1 cabbage leaf
- chopped
- 2 tbsp tinned chopped tomatoes
- 2 cooked sausages
- sliced
- 75ml/3fl oz stock
- ½ tsp wholegrain mustard
- few stalks fresh thyme
- leaves only
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160C/325F/Gas 3.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a lidded ovenproof dish and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- or until the sausages are cooked through. Serve with mashed potato or crusty bread.
