Ingredients
  • 1 Â spring onion
  • sliced
  • 30g/1oz cooked cannellini beans
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • chopped
  • 2 tbsp tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cooked sausages
  • sliced
  • 75ml/3fl oz stock
  • ½ tsp wholegrain mustard
  • few stalks fresh thyme
  • leaves only
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 160C/325F/Gas 3.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a lidded ovenproof dish and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  • or until the sausages are cooked through. Serve with mashed potato or crusty bread.
