STEAMED ORIENTAL SALMON
STEAMED ORIENTAL SALMON

Ingredients
  • 150g/5¼oz salmon fillet
  • 2 spring onions
  • sliced lengthways
  • 1 tomato
  • cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ lemon
  • juice only
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
  • Place a bamboo steamer over a pan of simmering water. Add the salmon fillet
  • spring onions and tomatoes and steam for 6-8 minutes
  • or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile
  • mix the soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • vegetable oil and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Remove the salmon and vegetables from the steamer and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle the sauce over and serve.
