STEAMED ORIENTAL SALMON
Ingredients
- 150g/5¼oz salmon fillet
- 2 spring onions
- sliced lengthways
- 1 tomato
- cut into quarters
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ lemon
- juice only
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Place a bamboo steamer over a pan of simmering water. Add the salmon fillet
- spring onions and tomatoes and steam for 6-8 minutes
- or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Meanwhile
- mix the soy sauce
- lemon juice
- vegetable oil and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Remove the salmon and vegetables from the steamer and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle the sauce over and serve.
