STEAMED SEA BASS WITH GINGER, SESAME OIL AND CHIVES
Ingredients
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- plus extra for oiling
- 1 sea bass fillet
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chopped fresh root ginger
- ½ red pepper
- sliced into fine strips
Directions
- Place the fish onto a small oiled plate
- then place inside a bamboo steamer.
- Drizzle over the soy sauce and sesame oil
- scatter over the ginger and pepper and steam for 6-8 minutes
- or until the fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
