STEAMED SEA BASS WITH GINGER, SESAME OIL AND CHIVES
STEAMED SEA BASS WITH GINGER, SESAME OIL AND CHIVES

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • plus extra for oiling
  • 1 sea bass fillet
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh root ginger
  • ½ red pepper
  • sliced into fine strips
Directions
  • Place the fish onto a small oiled plate
  • then place inside a bamboo steamer.
  • Drizzle over the soy sauce and sesame oil
  • scatter over the ginger and pepper and steam for 6-8 minutes
  • or until the fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
