STUFFED MUSHROOM

Ingredients
  • 1 large flat mushroom
  • ¼ mushroom
  • finely chopped
  • 85g/3oz white breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • finely chopped
  • 50g/1¾oz grated Edam cheese
  • handful flatleaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Mix the ¼ mushroom
  • breadcrumbs
  • garlic
  • Edam
  • parsley and oil together and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the whole mushroom with this stuffing and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
  • Serve.
