THAI NOODLES

Ingredients
  • 250g packet medium egg noodles
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp peeled and finely grated galangal
  • 2 bird's-eye red chillies
  • chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh holy basil
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 lime
  • juice only
  • 1 tsp clear honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
  • Cook the noodle according to the packet instructions.
  • In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients.
  • Drain and toss the noodles in the Thai mixture.
  • Serve.
