VENISON KEBABS
Ingredients
- 3 venison sausages
- skin removed
- 6 prunes
- 3 wooden skewers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Start by rolling the venison meat into nine small balls.
- Take a skewer and alternately place a venison ball then a prune; each skewer should have three venison balls and two prunes.
- Heat a frying pan add the oil and gently brown the kebabs.
- Place into the preheated oven for six minutes and serve.
