Ingredients
  • 3 venison sausages
  • skin removed
  • 6 prunes
  • 3 wooden skewers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  • Start by rolling the venison meat into nine small balls.
  • Take a skewer and alternately place a venison ball then a prune; each skewer should have three venison balls and two prunes.
  • Heat a frying pan add the oil and gently brown the kebabs.
  • Place into the preheated oven for six minutes and serve.
