Ingredients
  • 40g/1½oz watercress
  • 30g/1oz Stilton
  • 2 tbsp shelled walnuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 slices baguette
  • toasted
Directions
  • Place the watercress
  • Stilton
  • walnuts
  • olive oil and black pepper into a mini food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Place the baguette slices onto a serving plate. Spread over the walnut and Stilton mixture and serve.
