WARM POTATO, MUSTARD AND DILL SALAD

Ingredients
  • 250g/9oz new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Place the new potatoes into a large saucepan of boiling salted water and boil for 15 minutes
  • or until just cooked through.
  • Drain the potatoes and place into a large bowl with all of the other ingredients.
  • Mix well and serve warm.
