GRILLED MEAT (TEPPAN YAKI)

Ingredients
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 medium slice zucchinis
  • 12 mushrooms, cut in half
  • Cooking oil
  • For dipping sauce -
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 1 cup grated daikon (Japanese radish)
  • 3 tablespoons white toasted sesame seeds

  • Using a griddle or an outdoor barbecue, gill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish. Eat with the following dipping sauce.
  • Mix all dipping sauce ingredients. Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
