GRILLED MEAT (TEPPAN YAKI)
Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, cut into cubes
- 2 medium slice zucchinis
- 12 mushrooms, cut in half
- Cooking oil
- For dipping sauce -
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger root
- 1 cup grated daikon (Japanese radish)
- 3 tablespoons white toasted sesame seeds

- Using a griddle or an outdoor barbecue, gill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish. Eat with the following dipping sauce.
- Mix all dipping sauce ingredients. Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
