HURUKU’S SALAD
Ingredients
- Sesame seeds, garnish
- For Japanese dressing -
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or mirin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi (Japanese horseradish paste)
- 1 clove garlic, crush
Directions
- Directions
- Put the cucumbers, shallots and bean sprouts in bowl. Combine dressing ingredients, pour over salad and toss well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
