  • 6 tablespoons marsala wine (sweet)

  • Directions
  • Peel the oranges carefully and slice thin reserving the juice. Place the slices and juice on a large, shallow platter and sprinkle with sugar, lemon peel and marsala.
  • Toss very gently, cover and chill for a few hours before serving.
