BACON WRAPPED MICROWAVE CHEESE DOGS

- Place bacon on bacon rack. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high for 3 ½ minutes or until almost done.
- Starting ½ inch from the end, slit each hot dog lengthwise. Cut cheese into 4 strips and place in hot dog buns.
- Wrap bacon around hot dogs and secure with toothpicks. Drain grease from bacon rack. Place hot dogs on rack. Cover with paper towel.
- Microwave on medium-high (70%) for 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes. Spread mustard on buns and place bacon wrapped hot dogs in each. Warm, if desired 8 seconds each.
