PAKWEJIGAN (BREAD)

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup water
- ¼ cup corn oil

- Mix together the dry ingredients and add the sunflower oil.
- Mix well. Add the water and knead well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Spread the bread in it and fry until it is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
