SIMPLE SALMON TERIYAKI

- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce

- Heat oil in a small skillet. Add garlic and sautee until dark golden brown.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour teriyaki sauce over the fish.
- Distribute garlic slices evenly on top. Marinate for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven 400F. Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
