APPLE CINNAMON CAKE

- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Heat oven to 350, blend together cake mix, apple pie filling and eggs.
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Spread half the batter in to prepared 13x9” pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, pour over remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, use pick test.
- Top with cool whip with a teaspoon of cinnamon blended in.
