- 3 tablespoon lemon extract
- ¼ cup 7UP

- Mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs beating well after each addition. Beat in flour, extract and 7UP. Pour into greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour.
