GUARDIAN ANGEL TORTE

Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake (9 or 10inch cake)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
- Shaved chocolate

- Directions
- Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly.
- Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioner’s sugar.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate.
