Ingredients
  • 1 angel food cake (9 or 10inch cake)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
  • Shaved chocolate

  • Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly.
  • Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioner’s sugar.
  • Garnish with shaved chocolate.
