GUARDIAN ANGEL TORTE
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
- Shaved chocolate

- Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioner’s sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
