ALMOND FRUIT PIZZA SQUARES

Ingredients
- 3 ½ oz almond paste
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups strawberries (halved)
- 1 cup seedless green grapes (halved)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 11 oz mandarin oranges (drained)
- 2 kiwi fruits (peeled and sliced)
- ½ cup apricots preserves
- ½ cup almonds (toasted, slivered)

- Heat oven to 375F. Spread dough into 4 rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan; press over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form a crust. Seal preparations. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake for 14 to 19 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
- In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine cream cheese, almond paste, almond extract and 2 tablespoons sugar; process until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust; top with fruit.
- Heat preserves in small saucepan until melted, brush over fruit. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover; store in refrigerator until serving.
