Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped mint
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pint cayenne pepper
  • 650g healthy eating lamb mince

  • Preheat the grill or barbecue. Put all the ingredients except the lamb into a bowl and mix together. Add the lamb and mix well using your hands.
  • Shape the mixture into eight sausages. Thread them onto skewers. Cook under the grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning over from time to time. Serve with pitta bread, salad and yogurt.
