MARINATED FLANK STEAK - BEST

Ingredients
- ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ pound flank steak or London broil

- Mix marinade with fork in shallow dish. Add steak and coat both sides. Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or all in in refrigerator.
- Grill or broil or rack about 4 inches from heat, for 3 or 4 minutes each side. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
- Heat remaining marinade thoroughly and serve over with sliced meat.
