ALMOND DIPPING SAUCE WITH PITTA BREAD FINGERS

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- from a jar
- ½ lemon
- juice only
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 wholemeal pitta breads
- toasted
- to serve
Directions
- Place the almond butter
- lemon juice and oil into a bowl and mix well.
- Cut the pitta bread into fingers and serve with the almond dipping sauce.
