ALMOND DIPPING SAUCE WITH PITTA BREAD FINGERS

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • from a jar
  • ½ lemon
  • juice only
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 wholemeal pitta breads
  • toasted
  • to serve
Directions
  • Place the almond butter
  • lemon juice and oil into a bowl and mix well.
  • Cut the pitta bread into fingers and serve with the almond dipping sauce.
